1. The service
PlayOps is software that helps indoor children’s play centres run admissions, sessions, memberships, party bookings and billing. These terms govern your use of it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your responsibilities
As the operator, you are the Data Fiduciary for the information you enter. You agree to collect parental consent before recording a child’s details, to keep records accurate, and to use PlayOps only for lawful purposes connected to running your centre.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another centre’s data, probing or interfering with the platform, or uploading unlawful content.
5. Availability
We work to keep PlayOps available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. We may carry out maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlayOps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid to PlayOps in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to participating play centres.
